Eligibility Criteria & Required Skills:

 

Candidates must possess educational qualifications from HEC recognized institutions along with relevant professional experience according to the position requirements.

 

 

1. Manager Procurement (PPS-09)

Qualification

  • Master’s degree in Procurement & Contracts Management, Business Administration, or BSc Engineering.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in:
    • Procurement management
    • Contract management
    • Bid administration
  • Preference will be given to candidates having 3 years of experience in similar projects/assignments.

 

Required Skills

 

  • Strong procurement and contract negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of public procurement rules

2. Assistant Infrastructure Engineer (PPS-07)

Qualification

  • BSc in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Public Health Engineering, or equivalent.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.

3. Associate M&E (PPS-06)

Qualification

  • BS/BSc in Computer Science, IT, MIS, or BSc Engineering in Civil/Environmental disciplines.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in:

    • Monitoring & Evaluation
    • Reporting and analytics

Required Skills

  • Data analysis and reporting expertise
